Delaware Pointe Receives $15,000 Grant

We are excited to announce that Delaware Pointe is the recipient of a $15,000 Neighborhood Vibrancy Grant, awarded by the City of Fishers.

Many thanks to Chris Proffitt for submitting this grant application during his term as HOA president.

Grant Purpose and Decision Making

The submission requested funds to cover landscaping the entryway, trimming trees, removing the structures by the pond, and replacing playground equipment. The current board is assessing how to best spend the award against the submitted proposal.

Consideration is being given to what we can do ourselves, as community volunteers, what needs to be prioritized, and what will best benefit the community as a whole.
